About this cabin rental
Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison.
“Yellow Caddis” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.)
This premium cabin has become THE cabin of choice for larger groups or families. With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen and dining area, it is perfect for larger groups. It features a large deck with private hot tub overlooking the Taylor River and a screened in porch for gathering outside. Because this cabin sits at the end of the row, you have privacy and plenty of parking space on one side. We are sure you will love this cabin and request it year after year.
• Approximately 1288 square feet.
• Two bedrooms have a queen size bed, one bedroom has a full size bed and one has 2 twin size beds.
• Full size sofa (no pull-out bed).
• Sink/vanity in three bedrooms.
• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer
• Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent
• Plenty of parking here for 2 vehicles and toy trailers
• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.

All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 8 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 10. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time. For exact rates, enter your trip dates in the availability search.

Great cabin with a really nice view of the Taylor River. The river is not as easily accessible as I thought, hot tub is also nice. The cabin was clean and had a few things for cooking. This cabin gets A LOT of use and it shows in some places. One of the beds is very, very outdated and quite uncomfortable. The microwave is a little finicky to operate due to a broken door but definitely still usable. Our biggest issue was a broken/misaligned stove knob. That leaked gas into the cabin all night while we slept, everyone's doors were closed but there was no CO2 alarm that went off either. This was the last night of our stay but we notified them of the issue. Over all a really great stay and we will return again.

We love going to 3 Rivers. This year we brought together family from Tucson and Scottsdale (Az) Charleston SC and San Francisco. The larger. Cabins are huge with plenty of room for gathering. The activities are endless- ensuring something for everyone! Staff is so nice and the food ar the restaurant divine!!!
