Welcome to our stylish and cozy city apartment on a lively commercial street w/parking and less than a mile away from Downtown Providence!
Walking distance to Atwell's Ave, Broadway St, and Providence's vibrant West Side filled with local shops, cafés, and restaurants.
We’ve designed the space to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, featuring a new bed, Google Home Mini speaker, and a projector so you can easily stream your favorite shows, movies, and more right from your personal device.
The space
Located in a lively commercial street in Federal Hill parallel to renowned Atwells Ave known as Little Italy given its well known exquisite Italian restaurants, shops, and bars.
We are committed to stocking our space with the basic amenities required for all stays, but if you feel like something is missing, please let us know right away.
Other things to note
As a courtesy to our guests, we offer one (1) off-street parking spot in a parking lot less than a minute (walking distance) from our place. The parking lot is located on the same street as us, and has cameras around the perimeter.
A second parking spot may be accessible depending on availability at an additional $30 fee. ** Please inquire ahead of time **
Parking at the lot is for your convenience, and at your discretion. We do not assume any responsibility over your vehicle or any of its contents.

Our stay in Providence was made even better by this amazing rental property! The location is fantastic and very close to the heart of the city. Hector the host was incredibly kind and communicative, and he furnished the property with many amenities that made our stay very comfortable. When we come back to Providence, we will absolutely book this rental again!
