Luxury condo in the heart of the Armory District. Open floor plan and hung with actual works of art. Amazing 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with huge kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, high ceilings, bedroom, dining table, sectional, fully furnished, jacuzzi tub, central air, off street parking, wheelchair accessible, dishwasher and laundry in unit. Wifi and fully furnished. Walking distance to the Armory and Federal Hill. Great energy in the place!

The location is very convenient to restaurants and shops, and is a short drive from Brown Uni. The apartment had everything that is needed, such as 1.5 bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. I will say there was a bit of confusion on check in as this apartment is located on the the ground floor, not upstairs where one would expect a "loft" to be. All-in- all a good place to be and very comfortable.

The apartment was centrally located to the areas we were visiting. Ramesh was very helpful throughout the rental process and our stay. You do need to take into consideration that there will be music and laughter from nearby restaurant or cafes that are open until 10pm. It did not bother us, but may some. The loft was as stated in the description. We enjoyed our stay 8n Providence.
