About this house rental
For a rapid and appropriate response, please give us the exact number of people sleeping or on site and the event being celebrated (birthday, seminar, wedding). Quotes are then personalised according to the year for weekends or weekly stays. Please do not hesitate to send us your precise requests for a more efficient response. The Kerpaul estate is set in 3.5 hectares of parkland and comprises two houses which can be rented independently. The gîte sleeps a maximum of 25 people - ideal for 20 people on long stays. In the park, a 100 m² games room is shared with the manor house, and can be hired out for business or festive events. Games room: French billiards, table tennis, table football - and petanque pitch).
It's an ideal place to work, or to bring family and friends together.
Less than 5 minutes away by bike or 15 minutes on foot, close to all amenities, you will find numerous sporting activities and beautiful 2 to 3 hour circular walks starting from the property.
The estate is located 800 m from the first beaches (15 mm on foot) and the nautical centre, 500 m from the local shops in Loctudy, a charming fishing port that has retained its authenticity with its Langoustine fishing boats.
