About this house rental
4-room townhouse with a floor area of approximately 80 m² on 2 levels, accommodating 6–7 people (up to 9 with a sleeper sofa), located 400 m from the beach and very easy to reach on foot.
New air conditioning, new TV (108 cm screen), fiber-optic internet, and Wi-Fi.
Located in the well-maintained, secure, and quiet residential community “Les Portes du Soleil et les Tamaris.” The complex features two beautiful swimming pools with water slides and wading pools, playgrounds (with inflatable play structures), pétanque courts, and sports fields (basketball, tennis, table tennis, etc.). During peak season, a kids’ club and teen club are available, along with entertainment and classes (water aerobics, disco, parties, mini-disco, etc.).
On the first floor: - Covered patio, patio (barbecue, wood/charcoal), and 1 outdoor parking space; no access to the garage (plenty of free parking available outside the complex in numerous free parking lots, but parking is prohibited on the streets within the property). Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and large fridge-freezer (new). - Living room with a sleeper sofa and TV - Bathroom (renovated in 2022) with a shower, sink, and toilet
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom opening onto the balcony, with 1 double bed (160) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160) + 1 single mattress if needed - 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds - Baby crib available upon request (as well as a high chair and a child safety gate at the top of the stairs) - bathroom (renovated in 2022) with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
Located 10 km from Cap d’Agde or Béziers. Pézénas and Sète are 20 km away. Nearby: Canaux du Midi, shops, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, lakes, rock climbing, golf, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, tennis, bike paths, amusement park, restaurants...
Prices vary by season, from 500 to 1,500 € per week (plus mandatory final cleaning fee of 50 €).
