Proximity all trade and Polygon. A 10-minute walk of Paul Riquet, the train station, the Bullring and the pool. 10 minutes by car (30 min by bus) from the sea. 2 steps from the Palais des Congrès. Price including all charges and the reception. Tourist tax 0.99 euros per night and per person. Nous nous sommes vite sentis à l aise, et avons été accueilli gentiment avec un petit déjeuner lors de notre arrivée le matin, la terasse est très agréable ainsi que l ensemble de l appartement.
Toutes les commodités sont là pour vivre agréablement les vacances 🙂

Très bel appartement de style.
Bien placé, frais le soir, belle terrasse agréable pour manger et jouer aux jeux de société. Deux salles d eau fonctionnelles et pratiques quand on est 6! Commerces à proximité.tres belles plages à 10 min.
On se gare très facilement en bas de l immeuble et c est gratuit!!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

We spent 4 days in this apartment with our 2 teenage children. There was loads of room and it would still be comfortable for a larger group. Kitchen is well equipped and the wifi coverage is great. Décor is a bit dated but the bedrooms are comfortable and the flat is airy and pleasant. There are 2 bathrooms both with great showers. The terrace is lovely for breakfast but was a bit cold in the evenings (in May). The flat looks over a small square - the bar below was a little noisy with live music at the weekend but this finished before 11pm. The bakery on the corner was great and it was easy to walk to all the main sights in 10-15 mins. The area feels a little rundown but the shops are good and everyone was friendly. The only problem we had was all having to share one key which meant being very organised!
