Single level home with tile plank flooring throughout. Open kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, bar area with wine fridge, lots of cabinetry. Dining table to seat 8 comfortably. Large & private backyard with chaise lounges, large umbrella, sectional sofa, propane fire pit table, heated pool (for additional cost), built-in spa, putting green & fruit trees. 2 car garage with 3 car driveway. 8 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic Hospital. 2 dogs allowed, please speak with management as approval is necessary and some restrictions apply. Approved dog stay comes with additional non refundable pet cleaning fee.

Hall bathroom has two sinks, granite counters, medicine cabinet, ample cabinetry for storage & tub/shower combo.

Backyard: Private and spacious, fully fenced with gate on one side. Heated pool (additional fee applies for heating the pool - $300/week). In ground spa that waterfalls into the pool. Spa heating is included in rent price. Large putting green & turf area. Fruit trees. Chaise lounges for getting some sun and a large umbrella if you need shade. Lots of seating options: large outdoor sectional sofa, couple large and comfortable chairs. Roller sun shades all across back patio to give ample shade to patio in the summer months. Firepit table. Pool toys, putters for golf, rack to hang your pool towels on & lawn games all located in shed for guest use on side of the house.

Bed linens and towels provided, including pool towels.

Soaps, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Paper products provided. All of these are provided in a supply to get you started for your stay, you will likely to furnish your own supply of these items depending on the length of your stay.
