About this house rental
This beautifully remodeled home has been upgraded with meticulous detail from top to bottom. Located minutes from TPC Scottsdale, fabulous restaurants, and Kierland shopping; it's a great place for a group of golfers, or a family looking to have a nice relaxing vacation in beautiful North Scottsdale.
Decked to the nines with a billiards table, games for all ages, and flat screen TVs in family room as well as every bedroom. This place was made for outdoor entertaining with a large pool/jetted hot tub, sectional patio seating, large dining table and a Weber BBQ. You will always be entertained!
Each bedroom is equipped with phone chargers and a large flat-screen TV with Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and other popular apps. Cable TV is also included in the Great Room. Park your cars in the spacious 3-car garage.
Enjoy succulent grapefruits and juicy oranges from our side yard trees. Yum!
Included in your stay is a relaxing hot tub with jets heated to 102°. If your party desires a cooler temperature for children, we are happy to accommodate by request. Please note that the pool is not heated. We ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay.
Close to Kierland shops, golf courses, hiking, Waste Management Open, and West World & Spring Training Facilities.

My family, including two boys, college-age and teen, stayed at the Dimond Point home for three nights. The house is spacious and plenty of things to do as a group: pool table, corn hole, hot tub and pool. Kitchen was well equipped & we made use of it every day. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Beds & linens comfortable. The welcome basket the host(s) was an unexpected and nice surprise.

We were so pleased to find this beautiful home everything we hoped it to be for our New Years vacation with friends and family. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of homey touches like the fuzzy blankets for snuggling on the couch, plenty of coffee pods and cute coffee cups, and a free bottle of wine. The spa was used daily, and so was the pool table. The location was perfect with a Safeway around the corner and easy access to old town Scottsdale and the interstate. It was so nice to have a place to rest and relax in the sun after golf, shopping or hiking. Becky was helpful and responsive to our questions before and during our stay, even getting us into the house earlier than the original check in time. We will definitely be back!!!

This was a great house in a great location. Everything was new and clean and the house was just beautiful. The back patio is the highlight for sure, lots of seating, nice landscaping and the heated pool/hot tub is fabulous! It is a "smart" house with some pretty cool lighting etc. and the appliances are new and high tech! I highly recommend!
