Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort and Water Park is located in Gatlinburg, TN. It is next to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood Theme Park. Guests can enjoy the onsite indoor/outdoor water park, Wild Bear Falls Water Park, with a heated pool, children's water slides, a lazy river for tubing and a children's activity room. There's a snack bar inside where you can get a burger or something good to eat. Outside amenities include 2 heated pools, and other pools as well, a miniature golf course, a zip line, picnic areas, fire pit seating areas and beautiful grills.
There is also a business center, a fitness center and spa. Onsite is Southern Comfort, a restaurant and bar, a marketplace mini store and deli, a snack bar and an infinity pool and bar. There is free wifi available, free parking and free shuttle service to areas nearby. A free shuttle that takes you up and down the mountain as well. The shuttle service is wonderful. It will pick you up at your condo and bring you back to your condo when you are finished whatever you were doing. It takes you all the way down the mountain to the marketplace or the Wild Bear Falls Water Park, also the Southern Comfort restaurant and bar. Or you can take it up the mountain to the infinity pool, the miniature golf or zip line. It's wonderful because you don't need to worry about parking or getting lost. Of course, you can drive to those places yourself if you prefer.

This cabin-style condo, which is the best the resort has to offer, has a King bed, queen sofa bed in living room, a full bath with shower. It has a full kitchen and a dining area. It has a balcony. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. Wonderful for cool evenings. There is also a washer and dryer in your condo so you can enjoy the comforts of home. Also, an elevator. No more climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage or groceries. Wonderful if someone is handicapped, or if you're bringing lots of luggage. Much better on the back. Roller racks are there to put your luggage on. Don't have to carry it, just roll your stuff in. Roller carts are located on first floor near the elevators.

There are endless things to do in and around Gatlinburg. and Pigeon Forge. Dollywood Theme Park, The Medieval Times, The Dolly Stampede, Biblical Times, Magic shows, Arcade, All kinds of Dinner Theatres, Many, Many dinner theatres and theme attractions. The Aquarium, horseback riding stables, tons of shows, musical venues, lumberjack shows, Any kind of music, you name it, it's here. There is something here for everyone. We go to the Roaring Fork Motor Trail to catch sight of bears in the wild. There are Ghost tours, and don't forget the National Park. Lots of stuff to see and do there.
