Welcome to our home in Verrado! We set this space up to be practical, comfortable, and easy to relax in—whether you're here for Spring Training, working remotely, or traveling with family. It's a single-level, 2,199 sq. ft. house in a quiet cul-de-sac, located right off I-10 about 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix.

Pool & Spa: Private heated pool with a shallow Baja step, water feature, and hot tub.
Patio: Large covered patio with outdoor seating.
Pool Heating Option: Pool and hot tub heating is available Sept 1 – July 1 for $55/day.
