The delightfully decorated Barking Shark Beach Home is conveniently located in the Banyan Beach area. This four-bedroom, four-bath home has everything you need, including a golf cart (Short term stays only) and a private pool.
The fantastic first floor of the home has two bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, a small refrigerator, a small wine fridge, a regular drip coffee maker, and a microwave. BD1) The bunk room on the left of the hall has two sets of twin bunk beds, plenty of built-in storage space, and a TV with an XBOX. BA1) The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower, a vanity with a sink, and a door that leads to the outside.
BD2) Across the large hallway is a guest room with a king bed, a closet, and a smart TV. BA2) The ensuite full bath has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with dual sinks.
Step out into the alluring backyard. This is where everyone will want to gather after coming in from a day at the beach. Cool off in the private pool, cook up some dinner on the charcoal grill, and eat out under the pergola at the table that seats six. Plenty of other chairs around the pool to relax in.
The appealing second level offers an exceptional open living space that has tons of natural lighting and is tastefully decorated. It has two more bedrooms, two baths, and the main living area.
The dining area has an ample table with seating for eight with additional seating for five at the kitchen island.
The kitchen has sleek stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and both a regular drip and Keurig-style coffee maker.
The living area has a smooth leather-like sofa that reclines with a love seat and a chair to match and a large flat-screen smart TV.
The doors lead to the outside deck area, where you can sit out and enjoy the Port A sunshine.

The house was clean, updated, and well maintained. Cold a/c, clean pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home for the week. Quiet street close to the beach access points. The house had a fun “beach” feel. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was a great size for 4 couples and toddlers, and included all the necessary amenities. The location and rentals were so convenient, and the golf cart was our favorite part.

We had a great family vacation at this wonderful beach house. Minimal inconveniences were addressed immediately almost within minutes. We had everything we needed. My family loved that everyone had their own bathroom which was super nice. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this property for the second time and it's been a great experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach access, restaurants, and shops. The backyard is amazing, with a beautiful pool and a fence that provides privacy. The golf cart and beach gear are also very convenient and helpful. We hope that the owners continue to maintain the rental to keep it in its current state. We can see ourselves returning to this property every year with our family.
