3BR Beach House Meloneras -Private solarium-Pool

Property is comfortable although a little tired: the kitchen has excellent cooking and dishwasher but a crazy design whereby you need to open the oven door to access the dishwasher- not great when cooking a Christmas dinner! Check in was poor, 2 hours late and address given to collect the key simply did not exist - frustrating and time consuming with two small children. We needed to ask for more towels which eventually arrived after four days. However, the accommodation is large, well appointed and with wonderful beach access to a small resort that is populated by many Spanish tourists so a great feel. You might be keen to know the children’s pool is not heated.

Just returned from a marvellous vacation in Ricardos villa. We were 9 people and there was plenty of beds and room for everyone. On arrival we were met by the friendly and helpfull owner Ricardo, who showed us around and explained everything about the house and area. The villa has 3 floors. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. One of the rooms has a balcony with a spectacular view to the sea. The other room has a nice view to the pool area. The ground floor has a toilet and large living room with open kitchen. In the basement there a bathroom, a seperate bedroom with 2 beds and a living room with room for 4 people. On top of it all there's a sun terrace equpped with 2 sunbeds and a lounge set for 4. From this terrace you can enjoy the most stunning sunset. The pictures on this site from the house are true. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and everything in the house was working as expected. The wifi is sufficiently good for streaming. There's a few hundred meters to the Meloneras beach where there's a collection of bars and restaurants with reasonable prices. If you want more restaurants you can just take a nice walk along the sea promenade into the fancy area of Meloneras There's a 5 minute walk to the Mercadona supermarket which has everything you need at very low prices (cheaper than discount supermarkets in Denmark) The area is quiet, clean and taken good care of. The pool area has a large (50m) pool, a heated kids pool and some sort of bubblebath.There's always a lot of available sunbeds. We will definately return another time.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The hospitality of the owner Ricardo is very nice and cheerful. The house was clean, spacious, with sufficcient towel, beds, bedlinnen, etc. the views of the frontside terraces and the one on the roof are spectacular. With 5 differents terraces there's allways a place you love to sit. The house was clean and tidy. Only things not working were the diswasher and the cooking hob, otherwise it would have been a five star. The rest of the parc is very quiet, well maintained and with a large pool. (Non heated). We will certainly come again. Ronald
