Small, old stone house with a garden, located in the heart of the old village of Sainte Barbe in Plouharnel (near the ocean); fully renovated, it can accommodate 2 people, with the possibility of sleeping 2 more.
The house comprises a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, and upstairs, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet. The bedroom has a 160cm wide bed, and the living room has a 120cm wide sofa bed.
The enclosed garden includes a small terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a garden shed for storing beach gear, bicycles, and surfboards.
