Are you looking for your own Private Oasis in The Villages? Well look no further! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, in The Village of Woodbury, has all the bells and whistles for your stay and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Town Squares where there is nightly live music, shops, and numerous restaurants.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
As you can see from the pictures, the entire home is newly renovated and simply has the perfect decor throughout, which includes home theater seating, an enclosed lanai, an outdoor seating area, grill, and fire pit. And to top it all off, you can enjoy the tranquility of a remote-controlled waterfall in your private oasis.

The house is very nice! Many amenities. Our only issues were for us the beds were a little too firm and the showers never really became hot. They were warm and fine for showering. We just like a hot shower. We would definitely stay there again.

The realtor called about letting owner in to get into owner’s locked closet so we agreed. She came with someone and they went into all rooms of house including our walk-in closet!
She never went into her locked closet! What a ploy to see what we were up to in her house! We are really upset about this! Seriously doubt if we would ever stay there again!
