This contemporary villa in Moriani-Plage features a shared swimming pool for swimming in the warm weather. 4 bedrooms can accommodate 10 people, making it a good choice for families, looking for a relaxing holiday near Moriani beach. Start the morning with a good breakfast on your terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
The long sandy beach is located in the seaside resort of Moriani. Moriani-Plage is located on the Costa Verde, the east coast of Corsica, 25 km south of the airport and 40 km from the port of Bastia. In the resort there are supermarkets, shops, markets and restaurants. The region offers many sports and leisure activities, including golf, tennis, rafting, fishing, skiing, horse riding, swimming, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, spas (Thermal Spa), naturism, cinemas and entertainment. In ten minutes you can also reach the hilltop and picturesque villages of Casinca. Each peak is crowned here with a village! In the heart of the villages you stroll through the narrow streets, you can visit baroque churches and admire the charm of the beautiful stone houses covered with loess. Take advantage of the restaurants with local products and don't forget to bring the Corsican specialty sausage to the local butcher! Visit the towns of Cervione (10 km) and Aleria (30 km), places with a rich history Moriani-Plage benefits from a central location (with the beautiful coastal road very close) to explore this island of beauty.
In the well equipped kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them with all. The bedrooms are perfect for providing the peaceful sleep.
For any arrival after 9 p.m. or late departure, a supplement of €45 will be charged, to be paid on site by the customer. The electricity is paid as per the electricity consumption which need to pay on site.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

While we had a nice trip, the villa could use some minor updates, The location is great, and having the beach nearby is a major plus, Just be prepared to pay for electricity separately

This villa is a solid choice for families, It has plenty of space, and we found the bedrooms comfortable and quiet for a good night's sleep, The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook meals together, The proximity to Moriani Plage was a big plus, as we spent lovely afternoons at the beach, Overall, a straightforward and pleasant experience
