This house was just as described/ listed & perfect for our stay.
I didn’t notice it was pet friendly when booking so that’s reason I gave 3 stars for cleanliness, a lot of animal hair left behind in addition to sand which I understand is hard to keep out but a decent vacuum or broom might help.
The beds were very comfortable & plenty of pots and pans of various sizes.
The dryer doesn’t dry efficiently - it takes two cycles unfortunately.
The carpets had been cleaned just prior to our arrival because they were still damp when we arrived at 4:00 so no stains as others complained of.
The AC worked perfectly fine, just took some figuring out (not the standard looking thermostat)
Brand new grill which we used one night.
I would stay here again for sure if it were not for the hike to the beach. It’s maybe 4 blocks of houses away from the beach and there is no real parking /drop off area to unload all your beach stuff, we just parked in the roads near the entrance to the beach unloaded & then drive the truck back & my husband walked back.
Definitely need a wagon if you’re taking little ones who can’t help much & choose to walk.

This was a great house for our group. We loved the pool and the layout of the house. There were some carpet stains, but the house was cleaned very well. Although the walk to the beach was a little far, we made it work. I would recommend this house and consider renting it again.

Location was a little far from beach, enjoy fishing in lake, house had lots of bugs and spiders at front door really couldn't use front door, salt water pool was great. Home filter clogged .. Would be nice to have more accessories for guest. Volleyball court covered in weeds. Yard needed to be mowed. Baseball goal needed a new net, net was torn.
