The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County. Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels.
The VRBO network is an advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, a reservation confirmation is sent, and a lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.
The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

- $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable)

We had a wonderful experience in this home. The property listing was very accurate to the description, providing optimal space for our family to enjoy our vacation. The location was a bit of a distance from the beach, but we were still able to walk when we were up for it! Unfortunately, the freezer was not working properly which was a barrier to storing food/ice for a week vacation, so hopefully this is something that was fixed following our departure for the next guests. We were also not provided with detailed instructions regarding trash expectations; however, the manager was quickly responsive to the questions we had and these issues were minor. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The couches in the main living area and the porch could use an update as they were not in the best condition. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and we would love to continue to rent in the future!

The house was immaculate with very cute decor! We had 4 adults and a toddler. It was close enough to walk to town but we rode bikes everywhere. There is a bike lane down to the beach (about 5 blocks away) and then a path along the beach from there. The house had everything you could want. Great kitchen, great bathrooms and a heated pool! Definitely recommend!
