The house was exactly what we needed, spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and parking for multiple vehicles. There were some minor issues with the initial property access, but the management team worked quickly and kindly to resolve. The wifi stopped working unexpectedly, but the manager sent out a technician when we notified her to troubleshoot and they were able to resolve (he was also very nice!). The wifi equipment at the house is pretty advanced, and we had great connectivity before and after the disruption, which was key as we were in town for work. The house is also walking distance to a fair few restaurants and cafes, very convenient!

Location was ideal for shopping Melrose, The Grove, Hollywood and Sunset Blvds. Open air concept of the house was perfect for our family to call home base. The operators were super responsive and helpful. Will use them again on next trip.
