Great location for lake access. A quiet private neighborhood. A nice view of the bay. The kitchen was well equipped, and the game room had a bunch of games and a pool table.
The listing gave the impression there was AC for the entire unit, and that isn't true. The two upstairs bedrooms have window AC, and there is nothing for the remainder of the unit, which is the living room and kitchen upstairs, game room, bedroom, and bath/laundry downstairs. Also, for our entire visit, the internet access and TV service were unavailable. We reported it when we arrived, and it wasn't until our last afternoon that they confirmed that the Wi-Fi and TV were not communicating with their Internet Service Provider. The last issue was that the entire downstairs smelled musty. We tried airing it out and using the dehumidifier they had, but nothing helped. My spouse developed quite a respiratory problem, so frankly, I can't recommend using the downstairs for sleeping. We had no choice.
