toller Blick, hübsche, kleine Terrasse mit Sonne ab 10 Uhr (Ende Januar). gute Lage, einfache 15 min fahrt nach las Palmas
die Küchenzeile ist sehr, sehr schmal. eher für Kleinigkeiten geeignet. Straße mit ca. 8% Steigung in 50-100m Entfernung verursacht wahrnehmbare Verkehrs Geräusche.
