    It's a 5 star hotel but a 3 star price!! Clean spacious room. Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here all the staff are really really friendly and helpful specially three little girl who'd always cleaning our room we never got her name but so we where staying at 1814 and she always clean our room! Always very spotless on our 11 days stay!!! And the front office staff his name was TUAN (i think) very very helpful even we only encountered him 2 times in or stay. Just a suggestion about the shuttle, it would be great if you have a service every hour to the mrt. Since we always walk to mrt as we always miss the timings (though we dont mind the 15mins walk) then also offer a return back shuttle from mrt to the hotel, that would be perfect! Gym was great! But pool was a bit okay. But over all this newly renovated 5Star Hotel is awesome!!

    During our status, staff was professional, and we had a call early in the morning which significant other needed to go to the hospital and they acted promptly and professionally, which was amazing to see
