Piękna lokalizacja dla ludzi ceniących góry, spokój i naturę. Ciekawe spotkanie z powojenną historią naszego kraju i jego modernistyczną architekturą. W przestrzeni wspólnej obiektu "liniowca" warte zwrócenia uwagi klatki schodowe. Na zewnątrz obiekt stacji trafo. Super balkon z widokiem na dolinę Jaszowca i stok Planicy. Studio o niewielkiej powierzchni, ale dla 2-ch osób wystarczające. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne ( poza zmywarką, ale z racji szczupłości miejsca to zrozumiałe ). Numerowane miejsca postojowe w pakiecie.
Zewnętrzne elementy budynku wymagają bieżących remontów. Reszta OK.

+ Super lokalizacja z ładnym widokiem z przestronnego tarasu. + Dobrze urządzony i wyposażony apartament. + Bardzo rozsądna cena.
- Tylko jeden komplet ręczników (mały i duży) na parę, ręczniki nie pierwszej nowości, sprane i zużyte - Brzydkie i sprane prześcieradło i pościel w ogóle

Było ładnie, czysto i okolica przepiękna. Bardzo ładny widok z balkonu. Tylko kanapa powinna zostać wymieniona, ponieważ wyłamują się przednie nogi.

Patelnia wymaga wymiany, zdarty teflon, brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci.
