Całkiem dobra lokalizacja, gdy przyjeżdża się do Bielska pociągiem i po mieście porusza MZK. Bardzo spokojna okolica i sam blok również. Widok na góry. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Na miejscu dostępne np. kawa/herbata, przyprawy, olej.
Teoretycznie 4 piętro, ale przy wysokim parterze wrażenie jest, iż wchodzi się na 5 piętro. Mieszkanko jest kompaktowe, więc czasem jest poczucie, iż przestrzeń do przemieszczania się jest niewielka, np. w kuchni albo przy łóżku obok ściany.

Kontakt z Gospodarzem Panem Łukaszem przewyższa oczekiwania. Zadbał o wszystkie szczegóły!!! Zawsze krok przed nami. Mieszkanko bardzo czyste, zadbane. Chce sie wracać. Lokalizacja perfekto. Wszędzie blisko. Polecam!!!!
