The property was large and well equipped,even cool box and chairs for the beach
A home from home. Kitchen was especially super equipped to self cater in style
Unfortunately,the management of this property needs to be seriously addressed.I booked and paid for four nights.All correspondence with the property was completed through Booking.com including expected arrival time and PIN code to access the property. On arrival,the code was totally wrong,a considerable amount of confusion ensued.Check out was mismanaged.Agent and cleaners arrived, needing to gain access, believing we should have checked out the day before!! What a disappointing end to our six week voyage of discovery in South Africa.A shame.Its a good property in an Ideal location
