The Fountain Creek Inn of Manitou Springs

Great location, very clean. Very responsive staff.

A very basic and simple facility. The walls are quite thin so you can easily hear noise next-door.

The room was quite comfortable, extremely clean and every question we asked the Owners was replied to any speedy manner

The location was great and room was very clean. I was hesitant when I saw the property. The room is small but we were only sleeping and getting ready. What I did NOT like was the upsell of a balcony. The balcony is the walkway REQUIRED to get to ANY room on 2nd floor. You pay more to be on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Cons: no lights on stairs up to 2nd floor.

They should be upselling balconies. The “balcony” is the way to ANY room on the 2nd floor. There is no way to access 2nd floor rooms with said “balcony.” They need to install lights so you can see going up and down outside stairs.

Bed was comfortable and tv with apps was nice.

The amount of noise that easily is heard from others staying. Upstairs tenant was making noise till 1am , sounded pretty much like furniture dragging or things being dropped on repeat and slamming really loud which due to the noise rules being clear I was annoyed by. I wish there was a vending machine or maybe some water bottles something I had to uber to a store just for water. Also more clear instructions on how to lock door I was unaware on how to lock the door and had to figure it out .
