The layout of the room is well designed, with the bedroom and living room on opposite sides. The bedroom is located away from Grandview Ave, making it relatively quiet. The room was clean and tidy. It also has a private entrance and an on-site parking space.
The view from the room is partially obstructed. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal became very weak at night.

Location is incredible. Surprised how quiet it was. So close to the Mongahela Incline.
Combination lock on entry door is absolutely unacceptable. I suggest you have someone unfamiliar with the property stay for 2 nights and then give you an honest evaluation. Light switch for living room ceiling lights is unreliable. Floor in shower stall is very slippery.
