Great location and modern apartment, only now as shown on reservation images. Complex check-in

Great location in center of Zug and modern/spacious apartment with terrace. No noise from neighbors despite whole block being short term rental apartments

Check in procedure pretty complex with App and welcome message unclear. Apartment was nice, but not the one that was shown on booking app with large bay windows and high ceilings - more moderate/standard 1-bedroom apartment. Limited amenities in the room and hard to reach staff during weekend

Easy entry. For a longer stay, probably the best option in Zug

I liked the size. The shower had nice pressure. Good location

Perhaps a Nespresso capsule or a small bottle of water in the fridge could have gone a long way. All the tools were there: iron, TV, coffee machine etc, but none of those CHF2 mini things that could have made a difference.

A great place to stay

The property was spotlessly cleaned and exactly as described. Great selection of white goods, kitchen appliances and hot water!! Wardrobe space, hangers and shelves were a good feature too.

We did feel that the bed wasn’t particularly luxurious and would have benefitted from having more pillows. The lift in the apartment block was out of order for two days which was inconvenient.

Lovely location and very comfortable and well kitted out apartment

Its location is excellent and a very short walk to the train station. The Appartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable.

I found the access to the Appartment on arrival difficult. It was close to 18.00 when I arrived but the staff were very helpful once I rung them. It would be helpful to state in the entry instruction that the outer door must be pulled out towards you once the light goes green. Also for entry to the Appartment, the knob must be rotated to open the door once the light goes green.

Very so so for the cost....

Location. Aesthetically it was a nice apartment.

Bed was awful, cheap pillows with so little stuffing you might as well not use them. For Air BNB money I would expect a welcome pack, arrived at 11.45 no shops open, couldn't make a hot drink. Lock on my room was dodgy, took ages to get blue light to come on to get in. Fair amount of noise from other residents out on balconies, my upstairs was either watching porn hub or filming for it. Ok but wouldn't stay again

Great value for money!

- wonderful flat, lots of room for three people - great bathroom - dishwasher - wonderful value for money, especially for Switzerland

- there wasn’t the key to the building (but the app worked fine so it was okay) - not enough plates, glasses and most importantly, there was nothing to clean dishes with (a sponge, because when we cooked and one sauce burnt a little onto the cookware and the dishwasher couldn’t handle cleaning that) - lack of oil and salt, maybe some tea bags (even the cheapest kind) would be appreciated

Good option, overall, but...

The apartment was in a great position, according to my needs (near to the station and to the place I had a meeting), and it was new, nice and clean. Also the check-in and the air key worked very well.

There was no air conditioning, I struggled to fall asleep (it was too hot these days) and the pillows were awful, too soft, they didn't sustain my head and neck, so in the end I almost didn't sleep. Finally, it was not clear how to deal with litter, but I guess it's because I'm coming from abroad.

excellent appartement for those ready to install an app with poorly intuitive procedure

Large, modern and very convenient appartement; very close to the center; in perfect condition; quiet location.

quite complex electronic key system that requires a prior installation and configuration of an app on a smartphone, then careful execution of non-intuitive procedures in front of the main entrance and room doors without assistance. The procedures are documented on one full page with small characters and every single detail is important. Once fully mastered, works well (on one smartphone only).

Not good value for money - super disappointing.

Location

Towels had holes in them. Child’s bed not made up. No spatula. A pair of wet men’s undies left in the laundry basket. Horrible smell in the apartment. Cushions smelt like urine. Duvet not wide enough for bed. Pillows horrible. Extra charge for a vacant carpark. Very poor value for money.

Brand new, well located, spacious. Has everything a business traveller needs. Allows pets

It was ok, apt was very modern but whole experience could have been way better with a more human touch mainly on the ins

Very clean, modern and well located

It lack basic stuff like salt or olive oil I find too demanding the check in and check out instructions and also the trash disposal which is subject to a fine (for foreigners or people not commanding English properly this might be a nightmare so I would not recommend this place for everyone)

Leuk appartement maar vrij duur

De locatie is uitstekend, al is parkeren in het centrum van Zug vrij lastig en prijzig. Het appartement is vrij nieuw en eigenlijk van de meeste gemakken voorzien, helaas wel een beetje steriel en niet heel gezellig. Toegang is volledig elektronisch en werkt goed. Bedden waren ok, (slaap) bank iets minder. Alles was netjes schoon, ruime badkamer. De keuken was ruim maar zaken als een paar theezakjes of koffiecups ontbraken helaas.

Ik denk dat de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding een beetje zoeken is. Alles is vrij duur in Zwitserland maar ruim €200 per nacht voor dit appartement is toch wel een beetje veel. Zoals gezegd, het is zeker goed en de ligging is top maar er zit niets extra's bij (geen parkeerplek (alleen tegen extra betaling), geen ontbijt, geen koffie of thee. Verder is alles er wel aanwezig maar al met al een prijzig verblijf.

Sehr angenehmen und sehr sauber

Hat alles gut geklappt - ich würde mir ein grösseres und komfortableres Bett wünschen und auch grössere Kissen, zweite Bettdecke im Schrank (hatte kalt im Bett) - Geruch könnte besser sein (asiatisches Essen vom Vorgänger ist lange richbar)
