Excellent location and modern apartment

Good size room with all facilities needed.

Not a complaint for Myself, but for more elderly visitors, bed is very low.....

Super easy to check into room. Straight forward instructions. Great location and value for money. Very clean and great room and amenities.

I was really very lucky with my choice of this studio apartment in the very heart of the old medieval town of Zug with all it's architectural and cultural treasures. The location is great and very safe.Within walking distance from train station ( or you can use local buses, just 2 bus stops). Also if you want to prepare meals yourself the big 'Coop' and 'Migros' shops are within 5-7 mins of walk. Plenty of restaurants around for any most sofisticated taste for fine dining or more affordable Mediterranian or Chineese and take aways just next to the hotel. The lake and promenade just across the road! If you want to feel free from big hotels intrusive staff and noise and want to feel relaxed 'The Bijou' or 'Airhome' offers it all and even more! James the host was so kind and attentive messaging me and asking do I need more coffee supply or any other my request. Staff kept my room clean and towels were changed. The apartment itself is a sort of very spacious studio flat,ideally clean and still quiet despite central location.The host provides you with all cooking facilities you need , also fast wi-fi,socket adaptors,bath nessesities,etc. Best coffee and tea selection and milk are free of charge.All the wines and soft drinks are very sensibly charged. I also liked my king size bed with quality bed linen and spacious bathroom with a proper bath tub! And finally the money which you pay for all the comfort is just very much reasonable! The TV didn't work (or, at least, I was not able to have it connected) The blanket was too short (but I know this is common in Swiss (in Italy we like to have our feet well covered) :-)

Very basic apartment

thanks to the kind support who was all the time available and which helped out to fix some fixable issues. city center. comfortable bed.

well, quite some things… 1) fridge was full of drinks (most alcohol) never had this in an appartment before - fixed via the agent and cleaning staff 2) bathroom door very old and not possible to close - tried to fix it, still door not able to close completely 3) summer time, the AC needed to run (window open for the hood) and SO MUCH NOISE from the main street and the very loud AC… three weeks of noise… 4) a lot of dust (plant bathroom) 5) Thong from woman or man under the bed 6) no key, code system (it changed twice!) without my mobile it would have been quite complicated! 7) for a hot season cleaning personal showed up rarely (2-3 times in 3 weeks)
