Warning! Beware added costs before you think about staying here

The property itself was well stocked with everything you need for self-catering. Although small it is comfortable. As we were here in summer you definitely need some form of transport to get around. If you’re here in the winter it is in the perfect location for getting up the mountain with the cable cars only a few minutes walk away.

The main downside to our stay was communication from the owner. After the booking was confirmed we were then informed that there was a charge for bed linen and towels which equals another €15 per person! If you’re staying as a family of 4 this is an added expense you may not have allowed for. We felt that this should have been made clear before booking as once booked it is non-refundable. We had been made aware of the €40 cleaning fee if we decided not to do this ourselves. Upon leaving the apartment we followed the guidelines (posted on the mirror in the bathroom), leaving the apartment in a clean, presentable state and yet were charged the full €40. When we challenged this with the owner we were informed that this was because we hadn’t stripped the beds (which was not stated anywhere), we had left clean crockery on the draining board and in the dishwasher (as opposed to putting it away - although again not stated anywhere that this had to be done) and not mopped the floors (which hadn’t been necessary). Additionally upon arrival to the property and trying to gain access, the code for the key box did not work. This was at nearly 10pm at night with a very tired toddler. It took over half an hour to get in contact with the owner who had made a mistake when emailing over the code. I know 30 mins isn’t long but when you have a toddler and are pregnant, the uncertainty about whether you’re going to get into your accommodation for the night isn’t something you really need!

Nice Apartment in a Great Location, but Misleading Listing & Poor Service

Nice, comfy, modern, and clean apartment in an awesome location next to the gondola. Seems very reasonably priced (assuming you avoid the hidden fees).

Comes with hidden fees not mentioned in the listing description. AFTER you book, you are told that: - Price of sheets: €10 per bed, towels: €5 per person. - When you leave, cleaning can be done by you or it will be charged €40. These fees add up to €100 per booking! If you try to cancel due to misleading listing information, the host will ghost you. Booking.com customer service is no help - they require the host's approval to cancel and refund a non-refundable reservation, leaving you stuck.

L'appartement est confortable et propre. Et il est juste à côté des remontées. Top ! Il y a une place de parking et un local à ski privés. La propriétaire est sympathique et réactive.
