Battle Creek Ranch, Wells Gray Park

Amazing location on the boundary of Wells Gray Park. Peaceful, well equipped, friendly staff, great location from which to access all that Wells Gray has to offer.

Nothing. It was what we were expecting for an authentic ranch experience in such a beautiful part of Canada. Perhaps a minor thing - We would have preferred to pay upfront for a speedier checkout.

Sehr schöne individuell eingerichtete Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Superbequemes Bett. Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Idyllische Lage mit totaler Ruhe im Wells Grey Park. Hunde, Pferde und Hühner direkt vor der Nase Ein Traum für Natur- und Tierliebhaber.

The hostess and host (Ursula and Matt) were very friendly. The view on the valley and mountains was really beautiful - the sunrise, sunset, and even misty clouds forming and rising above the forests on the mountain slopes. We marveled at the peace and quiet - a delight! The covered outdoor area was great for enjoying the view when it rained - we sighted deer in the fields. The resident dogs were enjoyable for us, really friendly and pleasant. The property also has horses, a rooster and some cows out in the valley fields. The pretty and well-appointed suite felt like “home.”
