Welcome to Snow Creek Village 11b, a studio unit on the serene backside of the complex, perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo traveler's holiday.
With all new renovations completed just before the 2020 New Year, this modern retreat offers an affordable price point, excellent ski-in/ski-out access, and is just a very short walk to the main village core.
This cozy studio features a queen-sized Murphy bed and heated tile flooring throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hot plate, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, providing all the essentials for preparing simple meals.
With its convenient location, modern amenities, and unbeatable access to the slopes, Snow Creek Village 11b is the ideal choice for your next mountain adventure.

This property has 1 outdoor parking space available.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.

It was great to have a clean, warm spot of our own during a larger family gathering at Sun Peaks. The amenities inside the unit were perfect for what we needed.
