Het propere appartement, de faciliteiten (afwasmachine, oven,...) De nabijheid tot het centrum van de stad (17minuten wandelen)
Er is een afwasmachine, maar niet voldoende huisraad om vuil te maken. Er is een oven, maar geen ovenschotel of pizzabord. Het is gelegen op de 3de verdieping. Enkel een trap. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar, maar bedt duur voor verschillende dagen Het lawaai van het verkeer tijdens de nacht.(voorzie oordopjes)

Das Appartement ist günstig gelegen 15 Min fußläufig zur Altstadt. Allerdings mit an einer der größten Verkehrsachsen in Bremen. Bei leider 34 Grad Außentemperatur und offenem Fenster ziemlich laut. Ist das Fenster geschlossen aber sehr ruhig! Ventilator ist vorhanden!

Prima locatie, stukje lopen naar alt stadt of Ostertor en Steintor. Er is een wasmachine voor €3, moet wel tijd afspreken wanneer je hem gebruiken
Het is op een druk kruispunt dus best lawaaiiig
