Location was great. Property was clean and very nice.

The master bathroom was tiny with a sink and shower (no toilet). The biggest issue with this property was the lack of hot water available for a family of four to shower daily. The instructions for the boiler were as follows: The apartment features an automated water heating system. The boiler is set to heat water at regular intervals, ensuring a continuous supply of hot water. On sunny days, additional heating is provided through solar panels installed on the roof. It may take up to one minute for the water to feel hot as it flows from the heated boiler. If the water is not hot after this time, it could be due to recent high usage. In such cases, you can manually activate the boiler by pressing the red button (labeled "1" in the image) on the glass control panel located near one of the bathrooms. If the water is still not hot after 30 minutes, please contact support, and the issue will be addressed promptly. We followed these instructions but we did not get any more hot water on our first night. We ended up getting a hotel room so that we could all shower. We contacted HolyGuest about this issue on that first night but their maintenance team didn’t check the system until two days later. Apparently nothing was wrong with the system. The only other issue was getting into the building because they did not tell us to press ‘hashtag’ before the code.
