Clean and lovely

Quiet location but with good access to both the coast area and the forest

Only thing I would mention in the description is that entertainment passes aren’t included, so just be aware you need to purchase these if you want to do any of the on-site activities or use the bar/restaurant, and the passes aren’t cheap.

A great location for what we needed and was nice to be tucked away. Clean and tidy with everything we needed. We didn't use the facilities on site as only there for a few days and had plans offsite

Some of the kitchen bits (chopping boards) were a bit old if I was picky. Can't complain with it really

The caravan is in a very quiet location with a footpath behind that leads into Milford. The club house was nice, we didn't eat but the food looked good. We didn't need a pass but reading others have.

On arrival the first thought was how grubby it was. The outdoor area was covered in bird poo and leaves. It obviously hadn't been cleaned for some time. In the caravan itself there was a discarded drink can on the side and the floor hadn't been cleaned. The toaster was covered in detritus. It felt grubby. We were surprised, given the price point, that there were no towels!!! We had nothing to dry ourselves with so we had to use the totally unabsorbant bed throw and a tea towel for my hair. Also there is no hair dryer either. There are pots and pans but they are all, again, grubby. I don't expect baking trays etc to be replaced or spotless but I do expect to find some tin foil so at least they can be covered. The bin for the kitchen is tiny! The shower was good but leaked all over the floor but there was nothing to wipe it up with. There is no tele reception but it is a smart tele. We ended up just watching you tube. Overall our stay was ok but I wouldn't return nor recommend.
