Cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch and no entertainment no tv working

Hairs on sofa - daughter is allergic to animals clearly been a dog in there Tv wasn’t working so daughter couldn’t watch her fav programme

Lovely stay in a peaceful surrounding.

Perfectly positioned caravan tucked up out the way in a peaceful part of the park.

The bed and pillows I found to be very hard and uncomfortable so did struggle to sleep (but that is just personal preference) my husband found the comfort of the bed fine. Also a shame the property isn’t pet friendly.

Great

We needed an overnight stay as we were having a night out at Barton on Sea Golf club. This was perfect. We have stayed at Shorefield before and always liked it. The caravan was great. Had everything you need (even a dressing table with mirror) and very clean. My husband left his phone charger. Luckily he works nearby and they very kindly dropped it in to him on the following Monday. It is really close to the path to walk down to the water too.

Mostly ok........but a few let downs

Peaceful and private, modern, warm, mostly clean except for a few off putting touches.......

Nasty strong smell that permeated every room, very off putting. Dirty oven gloves, dish cloths, and baking trays! A smelly bathmat, we avoided using.

Wouldn't recommend

We were unable to stay here because of the smell in the living room. It was completely overpowering and unpleasant (as mentioned by someone else in another review). We left about 10 minutes after we arrived and took our baby and toddler home. I emailed immediately on Saturday to request a refund, but was denied when they replied today. We would have much rather stayed as it meant a 3 hour journey home in the dark but it was unsuitable for us to stay.

The location was good, not far to the beach

There were no towels at the property. We spoke to owners who said they do not supply towels as it was a self contained property, even though they supplied a bathmat, tea towel & hand towel for the kitchen and all bedding and milk, tea & coffee. We booked through Booking.com and nowhere on the site did it state there were no towels included which left us unable to shower so we did not stay and had to source alternative accommodation as we arrived at 5pm and couldn't buy towels or get them washed before 1st use.

Lodge was pleasant enough but would not recommend

Felt the lodge was basic and superficially clean. However outside was untidy and needed attention. The garden furniture was rusty. There were no towels at all and this should be made clear in the literature. Surely this is a basic provision.

I had read no towels were provided so brought my own but would have been easier if they were available at the accommodation. Son wanted to go swimming but unable to as no pass available. This was disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic Stay at 56 seabreaze, loved sitting hearing birds singing in the evening, caravan was super comfortable, a home from home, clean and had everything you needed, great wifi, everything was perfect, look forward to returning.

Lovely caravan, very clean. Very well equipped, everything we could have needed was thought of. Lots to do in surrounding areas. Well placed for lovely beaches and the forest.
