I like the area, it's very quiet and peaceful. Very close to local facilities such as supermarkets, tube station, restaurants, etc. There is also a huge pond next to us, a very good area to chill in.
There was a shortage of supplies and a few pieces of broken equipment. However, the owner responded promptly to my concerns and gave me very generous compensation. The owner is very passionate about hospitality and makes his customers his priority.

The location, close to Surrey Quays underground station (5 minutes walking) and close the Tesco market
The apartment was a bit dirty, the side back door was opened and not able to be closed. The windows on the second floor didn’t work well. The entire apartment has a bad smell. We suggest the host to add a little cabinet and hangers in the bathroom.
