Nice privacy, square footage, and washing facilities

The couch and loveseat in the living room is too low to the ground and worn out.

Absolutely beautiful home. Very spacious with a large master suite and 4 additional bedrooms in addition to a nice back yard space with outdoor kitchen, large dining table and seating area. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking essentials. High end appliances and a dream to cook in.

Fantastic stay! Communication was clear and timely, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with easy-to-use appliances and thoughtful amenities. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of seating throughout the home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with great access to nearby spots. We especially appreciated the espresso machine and the coffee provided — such a nice touch. The espresso video was incredibly helpful, too! Loved the instructions and super responsive messages from the owner.

The home had a lot of potential and was in a great location, but there were a few details that could use some attention. We noticed some cleanliness issues like dusty surfaces, cobwebs and dust bunnies in the bathroom and under the bed, dirty bathmats and sticky kids handprints on the TV. A few safety and maintenance items also stood out — the carpet edges in the guest rooms had exposed tacks, which we unfortunately stepped on a couple times, and one of the outdoor chairs was broken. There were also visible price tags on some of the decor. More attention to cleaning and the finishing touches would make the price feel more understandable and the stay feel more elevated.
