About this house rental
Experience the Land of Enchantment in Tuscan Luxury. This Custom Built Home with New Modern amenities is nestled in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. Located in the highly sought after Northeast area of Albuquerque on an acre of land just minutes from the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Park.
This beautiful home is 4,000 sq/ft & split into two completely different living areas. Our guests will have the 3,000 sq/ft separate living space all to themselves. This space includes 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Fully equipped Kitchen, Large Great Room, Private Pool and Hot Tub. (pool is closed during winter months) Owners live on site in separate living area and are available if needed to cook or provide laundry service. Guest will have complete privacy in their section of the home and no space is shared. (The 4th bedroom is 12X10 converted master closet that we remodeled and added its own private entrance off the front deck area.)
Located minutes from the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Sandia Tram, Sandia Casino & Roadrunner train station that will take you to the heart of Santa Fe. Less than 15 minutes to Old Town, Beautiful Bosque, Fabulous Restaurants & Malls. Less than a 1 hour drive to Santa Fe and Santa Fe Ski Resort.
Start your day off with a cup of coffee on the deck looking out at a gorgeous sunrise as it kisses the Sandia Mountains good morning . Enjoy watching the Balloons from the West deck off the private master suite. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine by the private pool/hot tub or up on the deck watching a one of a kind Land of Enchantment sunset.
Cook a meal in the kitchen fit for a chef. Enjoy family or friends in the large great room with 20' latilla ceilings, kiva fireplace and double French doors that lead out to the covered patio and pool area. Relax by the firepit and watch the mountains turn watermelon (Sandia) color.
Nestle into your luxurious master suite with a one of a kind spa like master bath. Turn on the fireplace and soak your cares away in the 7' jacuzzi bath. Or wash your cares away in the custom shower with double shower heads + a rain shower.
Watch TV (Living Rm & all Bedrooms) Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime plus high speed internet.
Plenty of Sleeping accommodations-King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a full size bed in secondary room off master suite, two queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms downstairs & couch that coverts to bed in living room.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. There were a few minor issues (which we did not report, because they were just nuisances: - light bulbs burned out (MBR nightstand, MBR shower, 2 of 3 lights I’ve MBR sinks) - lower kitchen oven door handle coming loose - dishwasher handle broken (so we didn’t trust dishwasher and hand- washed everything)

It was a great stay. I really appreciated being able to have our family’s celebration of life for our cousin there. We are so appreciative and the space was perfect.

The owners are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to ensure the say at their beautiful home is first class. They were so welcoming to me and my family. If you are traveling for the balloon fiesta it’s in the absolute perfect location! Couldn’t recommend this home more for any future visitors to Albuquerque!

We spent a week at the property and had a great time. Ron and Christie were wonderful hosts and were available for any needs. The property is amazing and we especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and basketball courts. The views are spectacular and we were able to witness some amazing sunsets and lightning storms from the balcony. We hope to do it again next year!!
