Casa Copenhagen - Palmarejo

Appartamentino confortevole, situato in una zona abbastanza tranquilla, non lontana dal centro (meno di 10 min. in taxi o bus). Ampia possibilità di parcheggio nella via e possibilità di organizzare transfer (a pagamento) da/per l'aeroporto in qualunque orario. Negozi e ristoranti a breve distanza a piedi. WIFI ottimo. Host premuroso, efficiente e disponibile: è stato di aiuto nell'organizzare il soggiorno più di una volta. Attrezzatura presente più che sufficiente per un breve soggiorno.

Leggermente difficoltosa l'apertura delle porte, suggerirei un po' di manutenzione.

Tutto, ma soprattutto Antonio che si è speso per aiutarci a comprare i biglietti del traghetto per l'isola di Maio accompagnandoci di persona pur avendo le sue commissioni private da fare. Confermo che si prende cura degli ospiti in modo continuativo via whatsapp. Al ritorno da Maio torneremo a Casa Copenhagen. Il posto è decentrato e quindi tranquillo. In mezz'ora di cammino si raggiunge il Plateau, oppure pochi minuti in taxi.

A very nice flat in Praia. It is well renovated and clean. The host is very thoughtful, so the flat is really well equipped in unobvious things, like e.g. personal hygiene products. Antonio is very friendly, helped us buy a SIM card and exchange money, also provided tips what to see around an island in a very nice document with lots of explanations. He also shown us good places to eat and drink in the neighborhood. He also provided us a bottle of water, a papaya, there was also ample beer and wine in the flat, available for a very reasonable fee. He can also take you from / to the airport at a very reasonable price. He also asked during the stay if we needed anything - cleaning or similar. Antonio was also very responsive both here on Booking messages and on Whatsapp. When we mentioned we need to rent a car, he asked some of the people he knows - we eneded up renting from one of them and it was a very good experience. It is easy to park the car on the street in front of the flat and there is a guard in the evenings to watch over the cars. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. There is also an AC unit and a fan to help in hot temperatures. The flat has a grate in the outer window, the house has a gate and a door so it is safe. The neighborhood is also very safe. There are shops and restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The bedroom windows open to a vent / small space, to which also other flats' windows above open. In the night there were some loud animal sounds coming through somewhere above us through the windows, so perhaps taking earplugs could be a good idea if you are a light sleeper. We have a very good set and it was fine. Apart from that we heard no noise from other flats, some from a pretty loud gate to the house (the flat is on the ground floor), but that didn't wake us up, we slept as long as we wanted to. And in the night obviously no one really walks in and out.
