The host in the reception was wonderful and helpful. She helped in every way she could. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating.
The location was too far from city centre and it didn’t feel very safe, but the hotel grounds and security were lovely The general cleanliness of the apartment could be improved, mainly the floors The mattresses were okay but the pillows were too hard
