Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment.
Easy access to different parts of the city using the bus stop literally on the doorstep or the city bike rental station within 2 minutes.
The beach is also accessible by a 20 mins walk.
We have not used our car at all during the stay. Having your own parking spot garage is a great plus.
More clear instructions on how to get into / out of the garage would have been nice (we figured it out, you need to use one of the keys feo the automatic door to open)

Las camas eran cómodas ,decoración general está muy bien . Limpieza tb bien.
El calor que hace en el piso era bastante incomodo, aunque hay ventiladores no son suficiente.
La plaza de parking solo vale para vehículos pequeños, a nosotros nos pidieron que sacáramos nuestra furgo Clase V porque no cabia en la plaza , un vecino se quejó porque decía q no podía sacar su coche (en realidad si que podia), se notan los recelos de los vecinos hacia las VT. Nos indemnizaron para que pudiéramos aparcar en un parking público cercano, esto estuvo bien por su parte, aunque no se propuso la indemnización inicialmente.
