Easy to get the keys from the lock box. The host was helpful in guiding ways to the parking lot, registering at post guard and colecting keys. The bed sheets and kitchen utensils are clean.

Location. Third time choosing Imperio for our stays in Alor Setar.
Pernah menginap di unit lain di Imperio ini (dua unit yang lain). Jika dibandingkan dengan harga yang diberi untuk unit ini, pengalamannya kurang menepati jangkaan kami.
