Value for money. Have terrestrial tv. can park 2 cars. have water filter. refrigerator. gas stove. kitchen table. provided with 1 foldable mattress.

Water pressure for the shower is low. the aircond is not that cool. the sink is dented. A bit hot in the living room. No microwave. only 1 trash can in the kitchen, should put 1 in the master bedroom. No internet

Big house with 3 rooms. Can accommodated more than 6 persons.

Dusty furniture and floor. Hair can be found almost every where in the house. Would like to suggest to owner to vacuum and mop the floor.
