The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms- one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms-one with shower. The location is quite central for sightseeing and tram. The local carrefour supermarket and off-licence is 5 min walk. The street is quiet but looks a little rundown, however there were no problems.

The property needs a really good deep-clean and maintenance check. On arrival the only kitchen towel was dirty and damp and had a hole in it! The handle fell off the door of one of the bedrooms, we could not fix it but thankfully we were not all inside the room or we would have been stuck. The handle also fell off the patio door but we were able to attach it. The kitchen was not very clean nor was the bathroom. This was “old” dirt - an accumulation from lack of proper cleaning. There were not enough towels for 4 guests but the owner or agent told us where to find some (under a bed). The owner said that was the first time for that cleaner and offered to clean again but it was a bigger issue - lack of regular checking and regular maintenance.
