Awful

Arrived and property was filthy, not cleaned after previous people were in, food all over the kitchen floor. Hair in the beds, couldn’t fit in the shower and shower head didn’t work properly, both beds broken and extremely uncomfortable. Suspicious stains on both couches in the lounge. Mould stains though out the property with wallpaper hanging off in a few places. I do not recommend to stay here.

We only stayed there out of necessity as there was nowhere else to go so late at night, dreadful!

Mould on the ceiling, wallpaper peeling off the walls and ceilings, mould in the bathroom, carpets filthy, dangerous steep staircase, shower cubicle was too small and seals were all brown. Kitchen hob was old and stained. We would have stayed elsewhere had it not been for the late arrival and there was no availability elsewhere. The marketing of this is so false, it’s a horrible place. Didn’t feel safe at all. I took plenty pictures so you can see what they don’t show you.

Over priced

The location was convenient and rooms are decent size.

There was no warning of how steep the stairs were to access the property. It was barely furnished. Sugar and coffee jars were horrifyingly dirty. Some pots weren't fully clean upon arrival. We had no hot water upon arrival. The beds were very uncomfortable, the slightest movement woke the other person on the bed. The stay over all wasn't worth the money we spent on the 2 nights we stayed. There was also a handle shaped hole in one of the bedrooms and wall paper peeling off the walls in 2 rooms.

Good, but with hidden costs?!!!

Good location for town centre and road connections. Very clean and tidy with a homely feel. Facilities more than adequate. Would use again.

Being charged a non refundable damages waver of £25 by a service provider. This only becomes apparent after booking, but before access?!!! It made a good deal into an average, not so great deal with no cancellation possible without losing all my money. There were some minor damages discovered upon entry but just the normal expected wear & tear.

Beautifully presented, clean & fantastic communication from the owner

The property was beautifully presented with contemporary style furnishings. It was lovely and clean, with fresh towels and bedding, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Loved that the bedrooms were at the back of the apartment where it was quieter as apartment on a busy main road. The owner was fantastic, friendly and always replied straight away to any questions or queries we had. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

The quality of the pillows and mattresses could do with an upgrade but everything else was perfect
