La vue sur la mer, belle terrasse, calme , la plage en bas de l’immeuble, l’emplacement, commerces, parking facile (en mai), lave-linge
Forte Odeur d’égout , éclairage ambiance insuffisant (lampes de chevet, lampe d’appoint salon) , rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans salle d’eau et dans l’entrée, vaisselle disparate (pas de verre à vin, bol ou mug…)
