Posizione comoda al centro, al mare e ai mezzi in direzione Sanremo e altro, raggiungibile anche in bici o a piedi.
Migliorerei la maleducazione del ristoratore subito sopra le camere, che non fa nulla per migliorare spostamenti di tavoli e sedie risultando essere rumoroso la sera.

Way too expensive, for the same price you can have a bigger place with private bathroom in Sanremo. This was more like a youth hostel with people walking in an out and with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The owner lives also in the appartement, so you will have to share with him as well.
Other guests mentioned already the noise and yes, it's suite disturbing since there is a constant moving of tables and chairs in the restaurant above. It was quite annoying.
Apart from this there is noise also from the other guests arriving and talking in the living room at night. Since the walls and doors are quite thin you can hear practically everything.
