The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the size of the apartment

The smell! There was a sewage-like smell immediately upon entering the apartment which was impossible to ignore and really took the shine off the otherwise excellent amenities. It is a pity because we liked everything else about the property

Spacious n cosy with aircon only in living room. The rooms were equipped with fans. Location was good. Near to station. There is good Japanese restaurant next to it. Kettle n hair dryer were provided promptly on request.

No disposable kitchen towel. Washing machine dryer is faulty.

It’s not well cleaned. We found a bag of bread in the cabinet and didn’t know how long it had been there. The pots were with oil and food residue, as well as some utensils. The whole apartment was very dusty. The apartment is not comfortable for staying. There’s only one air conditioner in the living room without a means to adjust the temperature, therefore when it’s super hot in the bedrooms nothing can be done. The two bedrooms windows face a same small patio where no air can circulate, so it’s quite stifling when sleeping. The apartment has some odors itself. Moreover, everyday from the afternoon to the next morning, there’s smell like feces around the whole apartment building, which is more than disgusting. Other than checkin and checkout messages sent to me at the last minute, the manager of the apartment never replied my queries or messages.
