Location, cleanliness and comfortable.
They gave my room to someone else and charged me for 2 rooms, still waiting on a refund. Other than that staff was great.

They gave my twin bed room away and didn’t notify me. Offered a king with pullout bed get to the room not a pull out bed just a sofa. Ridiculous
