Put me in a room by the swimming pool and didn't like the fact I had to pay $50 deposit on the room when I already had booked the room on line

I loved the location, cleanliness, and staff.
I booked a two queen bed with a pullout sofa When I arrived my room wasn't available. I had to get a king bed, pullout sofa, and a roller bed. The shower had a crack in the floor, The breakfast was horrible. The cinnamon buns were cold, no biscuits, there was only 1 type of yogurt to choose from, and the pancakes didn't come out right. It's like the machine was low on batter. I had a much better experience during my first stay.
