Good location and comes with beach access. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Responsive communication from the property.
Although the property was responsive with their communication, there were some discrepancies about the listing. For instance, in the booking.com app, it was advertised that there is free parking available onsite. However, after my stay was paid for and confirmed, I received my check in information via text in which I was informed there is only $50 parking available. I inquired about the free parking that’s supposedly available, but was dismissed and told there’s only $50 parking passes. Additionally, the address of the property is not provided clearly on the listing, even after booking. It only says “Orange Beach, AL” as the property address.

Proximity to ocean and restaurants
Very small bed, and the pullout sofa was disgusting and paper, thin and absolutely ridiculous
