We liked the pool and the tiki bar and the food shack at the pool was very convenient and reasonably priced.

The parking garage and the elevators. We drive a truck and the parking garage is so tight we all had to get out so my husband could back the truck in a spot and hope no one parked next to us so he could get in and out. Not all units have 2 spaces reserved the other car that was with us had to park on other floors in the yellow spaces they ended up just getting an uber when they would go somewhere to not lose that parking spot. Then the elevators are so slow. Some days it was quicker to ride it going up just to get to the ground floor. They fill up fast with people having carts and wagons going to the pool/beach so makes it hard to fit your whole party on one together sometimes passing up the elevator 2-3 times cause we couldn’t all fit so by the end of the week we just got in and said meet ya at the bottom. At check in 3 of us left our id’s to get luggage carts and was able to get 3 but then at checkout they were saying only one per room so management needs to clear that up. When you have 7-8 people in your unit you need more then one cart cause nobody wants to walk the whole length of the hotel and back multiple times cause it’s a HIKE!!!! Also our room slept 8 but there was only enough hot water for maybe 3 people to take hot/warm showers. This place is busy and there’s a public beach access right next to it so the beach out front gets packed quick.

The pool and location.

The cleaning wasn’t the best. My husband had to clean off the refrigerator door handle it was filthy and the bathtub had hair and leftover scum. The sheets in some room were very questionable. The cleaning was awful for the price.
